Morning routines change lives and this is a long list of ideas for your morning routine.

Wake up with a Hatch alarm clock

Wake up to a peaceful alarm sound

Wake up 30min - 2hrs before you need to get ready for your day

Hug your partner, pet, or whoever else is close to you

Hit your alarm, close your eyes, and tell yourself, "its going to be the beautiful day it's destined to be"


Have water by your bed to drink as soon as you wake up

Fill a water bottle with room temp - cold water and ingest as soon as you wake up


Splash cold water on your face

Put your face in an ice bath

Ice roll your face

Jade roll and guasha your face


Drink hot lemon water

Drink hot lemon ginger water

Drink hot lemon + salt water

- chai seed pudding

- eggs, bacon

Check your phone

- look at inspirational social media pages

- organize your calendar and alarms

- send a "good morning" text to a loved one
