Hello, Spring!
I don’t know about you, but I am SO ready for this season of blooming and becoming. Literally, physically, mentally and spiritually. Spring brings a sense of peace, purpose, and inspiration - a season of growth and unveiling of true self and potential.
Take time to reflect on how you’re tracking to achieve the goals you set in January. Realign to who you are and who you want to be. Reset your environment, habits, and how you show up to reflect the version of yourself you aspire to be.

Making America Healthier one State at a Time
Did you know there are 28 states working to ban harmful food chemicals through legislation [read more here]?! The Indiana General Assembly actually had two bills focusing on this issue introduced in the House [HB1247 & HB1655], but they were dropped within the first few weeks of session. This brings me confidence that health advocates are speaking out and that 2026 could be monumental in making Indiana a healthier state - one good choice and one good policy at a time.
